Why fractional
A full time franchise director can cost £80,000 to £100,000 a year. Most emerging brands are not ready for that, so they try to backfill the role with a business development manager and hope it covers the gap. It rarely does. I have been a multi-site franchisee across several brands, a master franchisee, and I have recruited and developed franchise networks from the ground up.
